Welcome to our Shopify store, WellWarehouse®. By placing an
order, downloading digital assets, or accessing our services from the American Institute for Preventive Medicine ("AIPM," "WellWarehouse®," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please review them thoroughly prior to completing any transaction.

1. Health & Educational Disclaimer

IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE: All publications, digital
downloads, kits, guides, brochures, and related content provided by AIPM are
strictly for informational and educational purposes only. They do not
constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical
healthcare services.

Materials provided through this store are intended to
support general employee wellness and preventive health education. They should
never be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare
provider regarding any individual medical condition. AIPM disclaims all
liability for actions taken or not taken based on the content of our materials.

2. Printed Products, Fulfillment & Proof Approval
Liability

We process and fulfill all physical printed materials
according to strict quality standards. Standard production lead-times are as
follows:

• Brochures:
  10 – 14 business days
• Guides & Books: 10 – 28 business days
• Kits:
  7 – 14 business days
• Other
  Products: 7 – 21 business days

Fulfillment & Proof Approval Provisions:

• Production
  Approval: Production lead-times officially commence only after AIPM
  receives explicit written approval from the customer for artwork, proofs,
  or custom layouts (where applicable).
• Proof
  Approval Liability: The customer is solely responsible for thoroughly
  reviewing and proofreading all custom layouts, text, branding, and
  graphics prior to approval. AIPM is not liable for typographical errors,
  design oversights, or content errors present in customer-approved proofs.
  Once approved, custom print jobs cannot be altered or canceled.
• Transit
  & Carrier Notice: Stated lead-times do not include shipping
  transit time. Orders are shipped standard via UPS Ground or USPS. Risk of
  loss and title for all physical items pass to the buyer upon delivery of
  the shipment to the carrier. AIPM is not responsible for transit delays,
  lost shipments resulting from incorrect customer-provided addresses, or
  carrier delays beyond our control.
• Delays
  & Updates: AIPM will contact you directly if product lead-times
  require extensions due to necessary content updates, stock availability,
  or unexpected manufacturing delays. A follow-up notification will be
  issued upon dispatch.

3. Digital Downloads & Organizational Licensing

Your digital download assets will be made available upon
completion of your order:

• Included
  Files: All standard digital downloads include a web/distribution PDF
  and a high-resolution, press-ready print file.
• Branding
  & Customization: Standard digital downloads do not include
  custom logos or tailored organizational branding.
• Standard
  License Limit (Up to 250 Employees): Standard purchases grant a
  limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal
  organizational use restricted to an employee population of up to 250
  employees.

Need an Expanded License or Branding Customization?

If your organization has an employee population over 250
employees, or if you require custom logo placement and tailored branding, a
custom quote is required prior to distribution. Please submit a formal request
or contact our support team.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

• Digital
  Downloads: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital files, all
  digital download sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable
  once file access links or digital files are delivered.
• Custom
  & Printed Goods: Custom printed products, kits, and
  print-on-demand items are non-refundable once approved and entered into
  production. Cancellations are only accepted prior to final proof approval.
• Damaged
  or Defective Items: If physical items arrive damaged or contain
  manufacturing defects, please notify AIPM within 7 business days of
  delivery. Upon verification, AIPM will, at its option, replace the
  damaged goods or issue a store credit.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection

All printed publications, digital PDFs, text, graphics, and
instructional materials are protected under United States and international
copyright laws and belong exclusively to the American Institute for Preventive
Medicine (AIPM). Unauthorized reproduction, sublicensing, reselling, public
sharing, or distribution beyond your licensed population (250 employees) is
strictly prohibited. AIPM reserves the right to audit license compliance and
revoke distribution rights upon breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIPM, its
directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out
of your purchase or use of our products. AIPM’s total cumulative liability for
any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by
the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal disputes arising under
these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or
federal courts located in Michigan.

  customer proof approval. Production timelines officially begin after
  AIPM receives your written approval to proceed. Please double-check all
  approved proofs carefully, as AIPM is not responsible for design or
  typographical errors present in customer-approved layouts.  
• Shipping
  & Transit: Stated lead-times reflect production duration and do not
  include shipping transit time. Orders are shipped via standard UPS Ground
  or USPS.  
• Order
  Updates: We will contact you directly if your order requires
  additional time due to necessary content updates, stock availability, or
  unexpected manufacturing delays. You will receive a follow-up email with
  tracking information as soon as your order dispatches.  

2. Digital Downloads & Licensing 

Your digital download assets will be accessible in your
account or delivered via email shortly. Please keep the following licensing
terms in mind:  

• Included
  Files: All standard digital download purchases include a
  web/distribution PDF and a press-ready print file.  
• Customization:
  Standard digital downloads do not include logos or custom
  organizational branding.  
• Usage
  License: This purchase grants a non-exclusive license strictly for
  internal organizational use for up to 250 employees. Reproduction
  or distribution beyond your licensed population is prohibited.  
• Need
